Hydra - Not present on the device

Loader (TinyBooter) version information:
4.3.6.0 on this computer.
4.3.6.0 on this device.

The Loader (TinyBooter) is up to date. <<<

Firmware (TinyCLR) version information:
4.3.6.0 on this computer.
Firmware (TinyCLR) Version: Not present on the device.
The device is in Loader mode.
Click on ‘Reboot CLR’ under the Advanced menu to reboot the device.

I reloaded the Loader and that output log file looked OK, I then updated the firmware which indicated it was completed successfully and then when I go to check for updates, I get a ‘Not present on the device’ error and I can’t use the board in my project.

I likely have missed a document somewhere with the solution, so any pointers would be appreciated.

@ Duke Nukem - I updated two hydras tonight and got the same results. But, the firmware was properly loaded. I was able to deploy a 4.3 project.

I did do a clr reboot in the advanced menu of fezconfig.

Thanks @ Mike that was the piece I was looking for and it got the response that the firmware was updated etc, but trying to run my app still fails. Spider time I guess.
