How to upgrade firmware on USBizi-DevSys?

I just updated our Embedded Master board to .NET MF 4.1, and am looking to do the same with one of our USBizi-DevSys boards.

I can’t find a manual for this product in the GHI SDK documentation or on the website.

Do you have any quick tips on how to get it into “GHI bootloader” mode so that I can update the firmware?
