@ HughB - I have been watching the even over the last 5 years, it’s a very interesting challenge to say the least.
Like this year and the last event 2 years ago Joe had been found but both times the UAV’s have had premature…bottle drops.
I have been thinking about and researching a .Net enabled UAV for this event over the last 18 months on and off and with the G120 things a taking shape…
I was really impressed by this story and feel gutted for them that they missed the bottle drop! I guess it gets very complex to work out when to drop the bottle… and droping the liquid to early is sure to upset…
@ HughB - I don’t think the ballistic trajectory was the problem either time - both were uncommanded drops
My wife says that all the time…
