I added a version of the GHI demo to the wiki. It configures the display for the 7" LCD and implements a touch calibration mode. Touch calibration is automatically started the first time the app is run or can be forced by holding the SELECT button down on start up.

Detection of the SELECT button at start up is a little kludgey but it works.
