Glide and General LCD question

I have a curious question. Being new to .netmf when i have had applications in the past where i had to use a touch LCD i used these 2 sources. Made creating widgets for LCD a breeze. Not to mention they were very fast. I am wondering why there is nothing out there for the .NETMF like this.

Why cant Glide be tuned to these examples ?

It surely can in future. But note that GHI made glide so it uses “standard NETMF” with nothing specific to GHI. So, we are limited to what we can use from “standard NETMF”. If want it to be GHI-only-option, then we can surely add a lot of other cool things.
