The contact us form on the GHI site appears to be broken. The final submit of the form errors out.

I received an unable to process request error.
What browser/version are you using? JavaScript must be enabled. What are you selecting for Related to?
Were you logged in or logged out of GHI? Have you tried again since this error? I’m unable to recreate your situation.
I think I found the issue.
I was able to submit the inquiry, ONLY AFTER unchecking the “Subscribe to our newsletter for the latest news, product updates and coupons.” check box.
P.S. Yes, I was logged in.
