How many bowls of Tom Yum Goong have you consumed so far?
When I go to Thailand, I have this soup at least once every day.
Not for me as a vegetarian 
But the food is awesome!
As a vegetarian, you can enjoy the Far East as they know how to make even the blandest veggies taste awesome.
My wife is Indonesian and she can make even broad beans, which I hated as a kid, taste superb. Lots of chilies too.
I wish my wife would let me take my gadgeteer kit with us on holidays!
