Where can I find a Gadgeteer Hardware design source such as Schematics, PCB…
I know GHI has a open source Hardware design sources.
Does MS release a general Hardware design source?
Or, there are not any general Hardware design source? All depend on Manufacturer?

No there is no general hardware design source. Each board design is individual. Some open source, some is not.
