Anyone know what is the typical and max power consumption of the G120?
Or phrased more directly, is a 400mA supply enough for the G120 module?

The circuit will pretty much consist of just the core G120 module. No SD card. No USB host.
On the I/O front, the G120 will pretty much be utilizing all 5 COM ports. It may also behave as a USB client occasionally.
From the LPC1788 datasheet, leaving all peripherals powered up will consume about 50mA, but I don’t know what additional current is consumed by program execution, memory access, etc.
Yes it would be about 50mA, maybe up to 80mA.
