Forum profile name problem

My profile says “11” under my avatar. I suspect there is a data problem. How can I get it corrected to be “rocketbob”? Have tried updating my profile to no avail.

try loggin out and clearing your browser cache to update your name. I have suffered similarly in the past, and that seemed to do the trick.
