It details important changes that will be coming for the next major release that you should keep in mind from an upgrade standpoint. Things that will be depreciated, removed, renamed, or substantially altered will all be detailed there.
The items in that list can change as the SDK is developed, so be sure to check it every so often. As noted on the page itself, it is a non-exhaustive list, though we will try out best to keep it updated and thorough. New products, features, or capabilities are unlikely to be added to the list.
