FEZ Raptor Green LED

Is the green led available to use in a program? The schematic show that is connected to Pin.PD3. It is marked PD3/DEBUG_LED. I tried the following



I get an error  "Exception System.Exception - CLR_E_PIN_UNAVAILABLE (1)".  Is it possible to use this LED?

OK I figured it out. Went to codeplex and was looking at the FEZRaptor file. I had to use the following line to set the LED.
