I have an issue with FEZ Raptor whilei’m trying to update the “TinyBooter” neither SAM-BA nor “…G400\Loader\Update.bat”.
I tried both of SAM-BA v2.15 / SAM-BA v2.12 on windows 8.1 x64 through usb 2.0 and 3.0 !
here is the output I got from FEZ Config:
Loader (TinyBooter) version information:
4.3.6.0 on this computer.
4.2.11.1 on this device.
The Loader (TinyBooter) not up to date. <<<
Firmware (TinyCLR) version information:
4.3.6.0 on this computer.
4.3.6.0 on this device.
The Firmware (TinyCLR) is up to date. <<<

To update TinyBooter, the Raptor must be placed in “Loader Mode.”

Hey, I was running my Cerbuino for a while without updating that thing. If you cant update it, it’ll still work I think.

While it might, and it might in your circumstance, it is usually not recommended.
@ Mediplex, can you show us a screenshot of Device Manager, to confirm the driver in use for the G400 in loader mode ?

I got it :dance:
the issue was about the serial port settings. I just read at91sam9x35… specs then the baud should be 115200 but windows 8.1 sets 9600 by default.
Btw I’ll continue the update and report the result.
