Fez Panda II software running on Fez Panda III

I have a domotica system running in my house. I use it to control my lights.
I use a fez panda II to control 5 K8000 kits from Velleman.

Can the software i wrote for the fez panda II run on a fez panda III?

HI! which kind of changes are needed to change the software to fez panda III? in other hand, I was using the 4.1 version of .net microframework, should it possible to upgrade to a new version of .net microframework using fez panda II in order to to this before trying in the new fez panda III? which version hardware do you suggest me to buy, fez panda III or fez cobra?

Much has moved on from NETMF 4.1. You have to step through the changes from 4.1 to 4.3 (the latest GHI supported release available) or consider using TinyCLR OS. There’s a 4.2 to 4.3 guide here and a 4.1 to 4.2 guide here.

From a hardware perspective, either are credible platforms, it’s all about what you need - only you can tell us that or make your own call.
