Can someone confirm exactly what I need to do to get RTC to work on a FEZ Hydra Ver. 1.2b? I think I got one of the “special” ones when I ordered it in October 2014. D1 is a 0 ohm resistor and Q1 is missing. The developer’s guide says “For the Real Time Clock to function, VBAT must be supplied with at least 1.2 volts.” but I’m guessing that will not be the case for me.
I think I found the old schematic and it looks like D1 should be a 1N4148 and Q1 is a 32.768 kHz crystal. Is there anything else I need to be concerned with?
