What kind of problems are we faced if we use Hydra in places with a temperature below zero?
It may or may not work.
Or worse, work erratically.
although a quick polystyrene foam insulation case would make this largely a non-issue.
Does Hydra have a linear regulator onboard? The USB DP doesn’t, right? Easy enough to dissipate some heat from a simple resistor, though, and heat a well-insulated enclosure a few degrees.
