Fez Cerberus - Safe amount of Sockets to use

Hello, I’ve been reviewing documentation on Fez Cerberus and the one thing jumped out at me straight away was this statment in red, “Never connect more than one red module to the FEZ Cerberus Mainboard at the same time.
This will damage the hardware.”
, it’s on page 2 of this doc http://www.ghielectronics.com/downloads/man/FEZCerberus_Basic_Kit_Guide.pdf , I plan on transferring code from a project developed using Fez Raptor, on Raptor I had used 1 Socket to utilize the SPI and another 2 Sockets for their I/O functionality to be used in conjunction with a 4x4 Matrix Keypad.

Now this setup works fine with Raptor but will there be an issue when used with Cerberus?

@ andre - Ah ok, the Red refers to the physical color of the module, the confusion I had was that on the doc mentioned above, there is a large picture of the Board with each socket and the modules it supports highlighted with Red Rectangles.
