Does the FEZ Cerb40 has a bootloader? Is it open source?

It uses tinybooter and it is open source

The Cerb40 bootloader is the same on Cerberus and Cerbuino… it is the TinyBooter. Yes it is open source. The source is online at codeplex here: http://ghiopensource.codeplex.com/
