I have the original Espruino, and it’s a nice little board. Definitely considering jumping on the pico as well.
Gordon (the project creator) has been pretty responsive to questions I had, and I like the way he’s made an effort to include others’ projects in his “how-to” pages. For example, the Espruino website includes instructions for driving an RGB-123 LED matrix from Espruino.
