What is the ESD limits on the G120?
2kv, 4kv or 8kv?
The processor pins are connected directly to the pads. Any needed protection should be added on your host circuit.
What I understand the G120 is CE certifiied and should then pass EN 50082 test which is ESD immunity.
It is a module to go in a product with no direct external connections. ESD protection is too be added depending on the product itty is used in and only needed in the pins with concerns, like USB.
