Unhandled exception. System.IO.FileLoadException: Could not load file or assembly ‘PolyNCWeb, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null’.
I’m getting this error message when I’m trying to run my endpoint application. Even older projects in which I changed nothing don’t work. I reflashed the environment. Still nothing. Same error.
Was it working before?
Right I forgot to update this.
Yes it was working before. Seems I had 2 problem. I clicked the 64bit box or it turned on by mistake. This meant the project file that GHI copies to the device and is linked to the project (e.g. PoyNCWeb) was the 64 bit version. Also, the vsdbg stopped working for some reason; had to reflash.
look at your project folder, close VS, if there is “.project\”, “.vs\”. delete them all to see what happen?
I did that once. Chaos ensued. It took days to get a working environment back. I even reinstalled Visual Studio. Now I’m terrified to format my pc
