[Embedded Master] Upgraded tiny booter, system is dead

I dusted of my old Embedded Master Dev. Sys. 2.3.

I downloaded the latest SDK from GHI and microsoft (4.1) I tried loading my old app using VS2010 but I appear my firmware was old. So I tried loading the latest firmware for EMX from:C:\Program Files (x86)\GHI Electronics\GHI NETMF v4.1 SDK\EMX\Firmware
But this failed. So I updated my tiny booter. Using: C:\Program Files (x86)\GHI Electronics\GHI NETMF v4.1 SDK\EMX\Firmware\TinyBooter
Some relevant output from tera term:

After update I tried to request the verion but the system did not respond any more. Then I reseted the system and the display got blank. Now I cannot enter the clr of boot loader any more. Leaving me with a board that I cannot use :frowning:

What did I do wrong? And how do I get it working again?

New firmware defaults to USB so once you are done loading tinybooter, switch the USB cable to the other connector.

You need to use power supply to power the board.

Just tried that.
Seems to work. Loaded new clr, system appears ok now.
But the display does not work any more… Do I need some configuration for that?

deploying of applications works ok now. But the manual does say anything about the display of the EM

Is it the non TFT display? Those are no longer supported

Can I drive from clr? Did anybody port it to c#?

Yes you can. It is an spi display.
