ELF vs AXF

Hi all,
I’m reading up on LPCXpresso (a newbee to ARM) and noticed that the output file is AXF (ARM executable format, which is actually ELF/DWARF).
Regarding using this output file with RLP, will it work or is there a difference between the two?
