Easy to Build WIFI 2.4GHz Yagi Antenna

Proper spacing of elements is critical…

Thought I would share… Have fun

This would be a great project for 3D printing. You could build the properly spaced holes into the spine and just insert wire/rods. Due to its length, you would probably need to print in multiple sections and use a dovetail connection or something to join them together.

Did you build one? What are you using it for?

I have not built this one but some time ago I made something very similar. It worked well. It was just a fun project between a friend of mine
that lived several houses away. Ours were mounted rooftop.

He died a few years ago so no more ‘FUN’ things to do that nobody else cared about but us!

So, you just used it to extend your WiFi network to him and then split one bill?

I was just curious about project-specific applications you or others might have for this.
