We are, as we speak, adding the drivers to the downloads page. We are then improving the instructions on the website over the next few days.
We really appreciate your patience and the help in figuring out what the problem is.
We would like wo give you the latest and greatest updates. Things are a bit tough around the edges with prelaunch so please try it out some more and share all the feedback you have. We want this as smooth as possible, and we are always here ready to help.

@frankschmidt We have figured out exactly what happened and why you did not see the firmware options. We will be fixing that today. Thanks for pointing out the issue.
In case you want to know what: the “connect window” should not show COM device, only DFU devices. And if it failed to DFU connect, it should give you an error. In your case, no error showed and you didn’t know why the options did not show. I see it now!
I found the best way to download firmware to Ghizzy for MicroBlocks for a Noob is to get a Chromebook. No DFU hassles. (assuming you have Internet, which we don’t have for the past 2 weeks at local coffee shop coding meet-up).
Can you explain please? Because the steps should be the same
Here is an update. There is a new simple firmware update website https://loader.duelink.com/
