Difference between Power.Reset and a Watchdog Timeout

Is a Power.Reset the same as a Watchdog timeout? I see that a Power.Reset does a soft firmware reset, and I’m assuming that a Watchdog timeout does a full power cycle. Is this correct?

None of them do a full power cycle, I think.

Watchdog is hardware trigger system reset.
Power.Reset() is software trigger system reset.

The same: Both do system reset, not full power cycle
The diff: Watchdog comes from hardware, Power.Reset() comes from software.

Got it, thanks.
