Trying to figure out if there’s any good way to exploit this to make my av stand out… So far, all my efforts have been dashed by the fact that it won’t let you upload pngs…

What is the best dimension for the avatar image? I noticed that on square images (I have tried 512x512) with non-black background there is about 1 pixel line on right and bottom of the avatar. You can see it on chris’s image for example.

My problem is that I do not have such a nice self portrait, like Geir for example :
