We’re excited to share something educators have been asking for — a full, free, ready-to-teach computer science curriculum built around CincoBit and PixoBit.
What’s in it
A complete CS course aimed at middle-school classrooms — but it works just as well for makerspaces, clubs, and self-paced learners. It covers:
- Variables, conditions, loops, Boolean logic
- Lists, arrays, coordinates, functions
- Sound, sensors, games, embedded systems
- Real-world physical computing projects
Lessons are taught in MicroBlocks — block coding that runs directly on the board, with no compile-and-wait step. Students work on a real CincoBit or PixoBit, or the Boardie virtual device for remote and at-home learning.
Designed for accessibility
- For students new to programming
- For educators with little or no prior CS teaching experience
- For classrooms on a budget — the $100 CincoBit Kit equips a full classroom with 14 CincoBit boards, USB cables, and storage
