Compile TinyCLR OS - with other compilers

did is possible to create other batch files that could compile TinyCLR OS
with other Compilers such are for example

MDK *Keil …
GCC VisualGDB ,

for all possible compilers (on batch file for on compiler like the ones we are using now)

We already support keil MDK And possible support others in the future.

Please provide batch for build with MDK too.

We only have a batch file and build steps for GCC at the moment.
