Many ICs exist as CMOS or TTL, what is the preferred type to use with USBizi-based boards ?
Is there a general answer or “it depends” ?
If 3.3V then both will work fine but if 5V then TTL

I was replying to this a few hours ago…and someone pulled the plug…
Gus is right about TTL but if you just get the “HC” CMOS varieties of chip They are high speed AND 2v - 6v supply range… For me, I only buy 74hcXXXX chips as they are as fast as TTL
