ChipworkX vs USBizi speed. What is the difference?

Hello,
did someone make a speed comparison of managed code between ChipworkX and USBizi devices?
Is it proportional to the clock speed increase (almost 3x for ChipworkX) or are there other factors involved (eg ARM7 vs ARM9) ?

It is about 6 times faster if you so not account for GC time, if it needed to fire. Since ChipworkX has 64000KB or RAM vs 62KB of RAM on USBizi (1000x more RAM means), GC will almost never run!
