To be on the safe side I wanted to ask if it is OK to have the USB Cable connected
AND have a Auxillary Power supply attached at the same time (Like the Spider).

I do NOT want to ‘Fry’ my System board or my PC!

By the way, no matter what I do, a deployed application will not start on power up or when using a system board 'button reset’
if the USB cable is connected to my PC. The App. will start if I use only my Auxillary power supply.

Yes you can connect both.

This board needs a lot of power. Always use a power pack or a powered hub.
