Cannot attach to brainpad pulse

Hello for some reasone i cannot attach to my brainpad pulse as when i do i get this:

and know matter what i try no luck thanks in advance!

As a first time poster, can you give us background about when this occurred? Have you been using the device for some time and just hit this problem, or have you just got the device and never had it working? These two scenarios probably have different approaches to dealing with them, so figuring out the history of this might help. Plus, what other steps have you done, like following the brainpad doc MakeCode-for-BrainPad.pdf (windows.net)?

I don’t know if this helps but i was able to fix this problem by enabling native code debugging!
