I want to controll this engine ( http://flyduino.net/Multikopter-Motor ) with .Net gadgeteer.(I want to controll the speed)
I use this Motherboard( https://www.ghielectronics.com/catalog/product/398 ). Which modules do I need?

Your best bet is to use a proper BL speed controller and use PWM to control that. PWM can be done thru your mainboard PWM pins, or you can use a module like the PulseInOut https://www.ghielectronics.com/catalog/product/392
