Hello,
I have a problem which I can not solve at the moment. When I boot up the Chipworkx dev. System, then I get the following message: “Internal Error 0x38.”. I think that the firmware is not properly loaded, but when I try to reflash the system with the latest firmware, I keep having this message.
Can somebody help me solve this problem?
Kind Regards.
Make sure your SDK versions are in sync between your computer and board. A new one was just released last week. It’s a good idea to keep up to date, unless you have some specific version requirement. Also try using the Chipworx Updater tool ([url]GHI Electronics – Where Hardware Meets Software). I’ve found it takes the pain out of issues like this.
Thank you for you’re fast reply. At the moment I’m already using this system for around 1,5 year. I also know how to update the system and I also made some new boards with the chip.
I tried everything and can not find the solution to solve the problem.
Please contact GHI directly.
Hi, we have been experiencing the same issue on our ChipworkX, did you get any feedback on the reason for this error?
In our case it only happens sometimes, usually a reboot makes it disappear or removing the chipworkX an replace it in.
The error message we get is:
"
Internal Error 0x38.
2D04C62F010000F4
2D04C60701000044
"
Any indication may help
thanks
