Analog input Spider mainboard

On page (http://www.ghielectronics.com/catalog/product/269) write that Spider has 7 10-bit Analog Inputs. Does that mean, that all analog signals are converted to digital with 10-bit ADC?
What if i need more accurate reading?

Yes, the underlying MCU provides ADC peripherals with 10-bit resolution. You can use one of many SPI or I2C Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) chips if you need more inputs, or inputs of greater accuracy.

Correct and it is actually better to use a separate ADC to isolate noise and get super accuracy.

Designing great boards for accurate ADC is kinda a black magic. Not quite RF design magic, but it’s not just plugging wires together. There’s lots of things that need to be taken into account.
