ALFAT-OM-337: FUSB2805 Add-On

Hello,

I understand the ALFAT-OM-337 board can achieve USB High Speed connectivity with the FUSB2805 add-on.
The FUSB2805 chip comes in a QFN style package that cannot be easily soldered onto the ALFAT board by hand. As such, a soldering solution is to use a reflow oven.
What thermal solder reflow profile does GHI recommend to mount the FUSB2805?
Does GHI have another recommended method for mounting the FUSB2805?
