I have a project that I need to make it as small as possible. After the design was complete the customer then decided they wanted to store data on it. There is just no way I can cram in a uSD card socket on it. Does anyone know if someone out there sells just the IC without the uSD package ? I probably have room to place the IC on it.
Before anyone asks I need to use the usd because of my OS’s file system so other typical 8-pin storage devices are out.
I have seen the chip you need before but not sure where.
