USB connector ripped out - common problem?

I was excitedly working on my project and when I plugged in my micro USB cable, the USB connector ripped out of my FEZ Cerbuino Net. Is this a common problem that people have run into? Is there any way to repair it?

Also, if I ship a product based on this board, what can I do to head off the end-users having this issue?

Thanks,
Rob (Spamagnet)

Don’t remember if that was brought up before. So it is not common. I would contact GHI directly about RMA.

@ Architect - Thank! I will see about returning it.
