If you meant PA25, then no, I’m not pulling it up. But neither is G400HDR board.
Per the user manual, this pin must be high on power up. Can you at least try it please? Set it high and tell us if your custom board will work with SAM-BA?

@ Simon from Vilnius - I have found from my own personal experience that USB ports on Windows can become corrupted for a particular device. I sometimes need to find a port that is not corrupt. Please try a few other ports (including a straight port not connected to a hub) to see if you get a connection with the advice that Gus provided.
