What is the best way to get my stepper motor with Uln2003A drive board working wit FEZ spider board?
Also, same question for Bluetooth modem support for Roving module RN-42?

The chip you pointed out is just a buffer. You will get much better results from a spi stepper controller chip or at least a controller that work through steps.
As for Bluetooth, it is just a serial port. Do you know how to use serial ports?
