[SOLVED] [domino] windows 7 driver\firmware problem

hi I’m having trouble installing the driver on my new pc its windows 7 x64 it just doesn’t want to install correctly, i have also tries it on my other windows machine but i has the same problem. i am using the driver you can download from the site.

when i install the driver it automatically wants to install it as a ghi boot-loader interface,

but when i want to check it for version info it cant find it as usb. all i see is the com3 port.

any ideas on how to fix this.

It is probably in the bootloader mode. You need to update the firmware.

i figured that was the problem. but i cant find the firmware file in the sdk.

the only one i have is the USBizi_CLR.GHI

but when i install it i get.

Yes that is the firmware file.
Check the file size, is it zero?

Did you use tera term which you downloaded from this website?

yes i downloaded everything from your site.

Add a power source and try again please. Maybe your USB port is not providing enough power.

Or use a powered HUB

Yeah, you had barely enough power to run the processor but flashing it requires good voltage.

We always recommend using powered hubs instead of relying on the PC power.
