It has the option of random circles of the mouse. But for added havoc wreaking it will also open up google image searches for pre-defined topics. The current set of searches is somewhat hot cheese heavy due to the victims disturbing fascination with that card in Cards against humanity but that’s easy to change. It’s not fool proof (e.g. if they are typing at the time or the machine is too slow to open things in time) but works fairly reliably.
Due to the wonders of the windows key+r combination it could in fact be modified to to execute any command you wanted on the machine but that opens up possibilities that are a little beyond a minor prank.
Remember not to use your powers for evil.
Mild naughtiness oh the other hand is fine.
