Additionally, if you just click on the link and open the feed in IE it shows new posts as being 4 hrs old. Agreed, not a big deal. I’m typically only concerned with when they show up in the reader than when the reader thinks they were posted…
The time is listed as GMT time. Since you are on the Eastern time zone with daylight savings, you are currently at -4 GMT. This would be your 4 hour difference you are seeing.
The problem is that it is the other way around. And if you look at the raw feed for your last post

Your post sure was at 15:57ET (same time zone as GHI), but not GMT.
