Release notes for Seeed Gadgeteer 4.2 package

Hi,

I think the release notes needs to be updated for the Seeed Gadgeteer 4.2 package which is in package “GHI NETMF v4.2 and .NET Gadgeteer Package (10-24-2012).”

Now there is so many Seeed modules driver available for framework 4.2, but in release notes its only says few of them.
