Problem Visual 2013 and my G80 Hardware

Hello,
I designed a PCB with the G80. I have problems, I can not load a code (pictures 1, 4 and 5).

I followed the https://www.ghielectronics.com/support/netmf and https://www.ghielectronics.com/downloads/NETMF/NETMF_for_Beginners.pdf

The PC recognizes it as a COM port and I can send commands (pictures 2 and 3).

The device manager shows the boot loader interface. This means your chip does not have firmware. Open FEZ config and load the firmware please.
