Got the “Erased Panda” back from GHI.
Then, I followed the instructions “Loading Test Application” section, on the “Beginner Porting Guide” eBook,
http://www.microframeworkprojects.com/index.php?title=Porting_Details
Trying to load the LED Blink application from the link shown:
http://www.tinyclr.com/downloads/Porting/BlinkPandaLED.hex
but got this error message! (see image)
“The hex file is invalid. Please select a valid hex file and try again.”
Any advice would be really appreciated?
You will need to use one of the NXP examples (there are many of them), compile and load on the board.
Have you used JTAG before. It is not needed, I am just asking.

Thanks Gus.
I’ll try the NXP examples.
I don’t have JTAG connector.

Sorry, for the late reply, was busy on other stuff!
Yes, I was able to load the hex file from the NXP sample available.
Will move forward to more fun stuff soon! ;D

The Beginner Porting Guide eBook needed update. As far as I know, the update is in a very low priority!
And It seem to me that I could not find the BlinkPandaLED.hex any more.
Try to look for the sample hex files here,
www.nxp.com/products/microcontrollers
look for the sample for the 2387 chips.
Hope this help
