NETMF for education

This new section on the forum is for everything education. Starting with the brain pad and @ Duke Nukem efforts https://www.ghielectronics.com/community/forum/topic?id=19737 to your experiments in teaching programming and electronics.

Please feel free to post here and tell us what you have done or planning on doing https://www.ghielectronics.com/community/forum/board?id=37

I have three little baby girls that I would love for them to learn programming one day. How fun would it be if one day they are here on this forum providing support

Can they post images with the correct orientation?

@ suitable1 - Will ask Gary to teach them how

I see that both of you want to end up on a list! :open_mouth:

Just remember Gary…the only thing worse than being talked about is NOT being talked about.

Have you seen the movie Big Hero 6?

The scene where Wasabi says “I only spilled wasabi on my shirt one time people!”, that’s how I feel, “I only posted pictures sideways for a year people!”

@ Gary - You think this post is about you, don’t you, don’t you?

Vacation time now so I’ll be firing up more classes this fall. Might sneak in a class in August at the University of Victoria as I own someone there a presentation.

I’ll have to think about the BrainPad while I’m chilling on a beach somewhere as my focus has been Gadgeteer/NetMF/Azure so using the BrainPad with younger students will require a bit of a brain gear shift.

If it’s not about me, I will find a way to make it about me! 8)
