Motor Shield at full power on startup

Ok I have a brand new Panda II with the motor shield. Before the motor controller class initializes the motors come on at full power. So they come on for a few seconds during the boot sequence and this is rather annoying. Is there a way to correct this?

Please add pull up or pull down resistors on pwm pins to fit your needs.

How many ohms?

Try 10K.

10k is fine.
