Mixing Glide and WPF

I am getting my Spider kit tomorrow together with some additional modules and Cerb40.
So, because of all enthusiasm i try to write some code for display, but i can not get it to work.
I want to add Slider, ProgressBar and TextBlock to StackPanel children.
Can i mix Glide with WPF or not? Must I choose between Glide and WPF?

I don’t think you can mix them. I may be wrong though.
